Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the garment.
